I was with a large insurance chain for many year, but once I talked to Chris and saw my rates would be lower and coverage would be higher, I jumped right on switching to Verus Insurance. I’m very happy with the auto insurance provided by VIA. Chris got me a great deal that crushed the competitors. Additionally, he was patient when I asked multiple questions over multiple days and answered each of them well; I felt adequately informed about the decision I was making. Furthermore, he listened to me about the parameters of my lifestyle (and wallet) and then tailored my quote to fit those needs (and budget). I am not often surprised, but VIA has surprised me.
